Payments for Harmonix subscriptions are processed by Stripe, our payment processor.

Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase.

After the Refund Window

After the 14-day refund period has passed:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Partial billing periods are not refunded
  • Cancellations stop future charges but do not result in refunds for past payments
